Here are some samples of custom pinball plastics I have done for various pins. All of my plastics are laser cut 3/32″ extruded acrylic (colored acrylic plastics/protectors are 1/8″ cast acrylic). I recreate all art by hand (digitally, of course) using scans of originals as templates (customer provides 300 dpi scans). Using a photo quality printer, the art is reverse printed on a clear substrate, backed with white vinyl, machine cut to shape, and then applied to underside of plastic. Finally, the graphics are then trimmed (if required) and holes/slots cut out of the graphic to perfectly align with the ones that are laser cut in the plastics.
